Final-sale policy

Effective October 12, 2026 for orders placed on or after this date. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for buyer’s remorse, preference changes, or customer-selected incorrect items when we supplied the approved order as described.

Used tires

Used-tire purchases are final sale: no change-of-mind returns or refunds. Confirm your tire size, vehicle trim, wheel package and required load/speed ratings before approving fulfillment. A vehicle preset is a shopping aid and does not guarantee fitment. Inspect the shipment before mounting; a qualified tire professional should verify fitment and condition. No specific brand or model is promised unless confirmed with you in writing. Representative photos may differ from the tires supplied.

Incorrect, damaged or defective orders

If an order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from the agreed description, contact straightoutofcontent@gmail.com promptly with your order number, a description of the issue and available photos. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Mounting a tire does not remove rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Orders we cannot fulfill and shipping delays

If we cannot supply the agreed goods at the agreed price, we will cancel and refund the unfulfilled purchase. If we cannot ship within the promised time, we will notify you and offer the applicable choice of accepting a revised shipment date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund. We will not substitute products or charge a different price without your approval.

Your legal rights

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. It does not change the terms of an order already placed. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide the correct instructions.
