Shipping policy

Effective October 12, 2026. Shipping charges and available services are shown at checkout. Products advertised with free shipping qualify for that offer only within the destinations stated on the product page and checkout.

Used-tire shipping

Used tires ship free to the contiguous 48 United States and Washington, DC. We do not ship used tires to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories or international destinations. Tires do not include wheels, mounting or balancing.

Processing and availability

Some physical products are sourced after an order is placed. Carl confirms the proposed tires, requested size, available condition information and shipment estimate before fulfillment. We will obtain your approval before making a substitution or changing the price. If an agreed item cannot be supplied, the unfulfilled purchase will be canceled and refunded.

Shipment timing and delays

We ship within the timeframe stated at purchase or agreed with you. If no shipment timeframe is stated, we will ship within 30 days or provide the legally required notice and choice to consent to a delay or cancel for a refund. Carrier delivery estimates are separate from processing time. If a promised shipment date cannot be met, we will contact you with the available options.

Delivery and shipment issues

Use an accurate delivery address and inspect your shipment on arrival. Contact straightoutofcontent@gmail.com with your order number if a shipment is missing, incorrect or damaged. We will review tracking and available photos and provide the remedy required by applicable law. Tracking is supplied when available.

Digital products

Digital guides and tools are delivered electronically and do not require physical shipping. Refer to the product page and order email for access instructions.
