Terms of service

Effective October 12, 2026. These terms describe purchases from Carl’s Garage through carls-garage.com. Contact straightoutofcontent@gmail.com with questions about a product or order.

Product information and fitment

Review the product description, selected options, quantity and compatibility notes before ordering. Model/year presets and reference part numbers help identify an option; they do not guarantee fitment for every trim, connector, wheel package or modification. Where described, an OEM reference number identifies compatibility and is not a claim that an item is a genuine manufacturer part. Carl’s Garage is an independent seller and is not affiliated with Kia, Hyundai, Genesis or the tire manufacturers.

Sourced products and used tires

Some products are sourced after ordering. Tire photos are representative; brand, model, condition and availability vary unless a specific proposal is confirmed in writing. We confirm the proposed tires and shipment estimate with you before fulfillment. Substitutions and price changes require your approval. If we cannot supply the agreed item at the agreed price, the unfulfilled purchase will be refunded.

Price, shipping and final sale

The selected product/pack price and shipping charges appear before payment. Read our shipping policy and return and refund policy. Used tires are final sale for change of mind or customer-selected incorrect sizes when the supplied tires match the approved order. This does not exclude rights or remedies required by applicable law, including appropriate remedies for incorrect, defective or undelivered goods.

Inspection and installation

Inspect physical products on arrival. Tires should be checked by a qualified tire professional before mounting; confirm size, load/speed ratings and suitability for your vehicle. Follow vehicle and component manufacturer instructions. Guides and videos provide general educational information and do not replace diagnosis or professional inspection of your particular vehicle.

Digital products and content

Digital guides and tools are delivered according to their product descriptions. They do not guarantee a repair, warranty approval, engine replacement, financial outcome or response from a manufacturer/dealership. Purchased content is for the purchaser’s personal use unless the product explicitly grants other rights. Do not redistribute paid content without permission.

Privacy and order records

We process customer information under our privacy policy. Order options, fitment requests and approvals may be retained to fulfill an order and resolve issues. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive information in product request fields.

Applicable rights and updates

These terms do not waive non-excludable legal rights or liability. Changes apply to future orders and do not retroactively alter an existing order’s agreed terms. If a provision cannot be enforced under applicable law, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted.
